How to Apply
Apply for the HD Honors Program
Deadline: May 1st
Students should contact a Human Development faculty member about serving as their potential Faculty Advisor prior to applying. A letter of recommendation is required from the Faculty Advisor for the application. The letter of recommendation should be sent to coehdhonors@umd.edu directly by the Faculty Advisor.
Students will prepare application materials and submit their finalized application through the Human Development Honors Program Application Qualtrics Form. See below for details regarding the required application materials.
Applications will be reviewed by the Human Development Honors Program Director and the Honors Program Review Committee. Students will be notified of their acceptance into the honors program within about one month by the Honors Program Director.
