EdTerps Learning Academy (ETLA)
The EdTerps Learning Academy provides learning opportunities for working professionals in the field of Education. Programs offered within EdTerps Learning Academy culminate in graduate degrees from the University of Maryland College of Education, including Ed.D., M.Ed., and Graduate Certificates, as well as eligibility for certain Maryland MSDE certification, including MSDE Initial Teacher Certification in Elementary Grades 1-6, MSDE Superintendent II Certification, and MSDE Admin I Certification.
The EdTerps Learning Academy also supports educator career advancement through professional development learning opportunities.
ETLA's diverse offerings assist educators at all phases of their careers in the field of education. From paraprofessional to principal and all positions in between, ETLA has a program for you! We offer Graduate Certificates, master's and doctoral degrees that help advance careers. Come transform education for good with ETLA. | 
The One Thing Conference is named for its mission: In each interactive, engaging, and thought-provoking session, attendees will discover one strategy, concept, framework, method, model, or practice to “transform education for good.” Sessions will be aligned to one or more of the four MSDE professional learning areas for educator license renewal. | 
Office Hours is a University of Maryland College of Education publication for PK-12 education professionals sharing research-backed, classroom ready answers to educator's most pressing questions. With accompanying resources and hand-outs, Office Hours is designed to take you from page to practice.
