Sean Jung-Hau Chen is a doctoral student in the International Education Policy program at University of Maryland, College Park. Originally from Taiwan, he received his BA in English from Fu Jen Catholic University in Taiwan and his M.Ed in higher education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Prior to embarking on his doctoral study, Sean worked in language test development and research and has interned with Fulbright Taiwan.
