Bio

Jannitta M. Graham serves as the coordinator for the Department of Human Development and Quantitative Methodology, where she oversees the Graduate Student processes for the on campus M.Ed, MA and Ph.D. programs as well as assist with the coordination for the Outreach off-campus M.Ed. Program held at the University of Shady Grove.  Jannitta joined the University of Maryland in 2015, previously working for the Gates Millennium Scholars (GMS) program, in an Outreach Coordinator role established in 1999, is a 1.6 billion dollar initiative funded by a grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

Currently, Jannitta is attending UMUC where she plans to complete her BA in Management Studies. Early in her career, she worked for the Graduate School, USDA a government training institute where she served as a Program Assistant in financial management and was later promoted as a program specialist where she managed long and short term Executive Leader, New Leader and Aspiring Leader training programs working with GS employees from entry to mid-level graded positions grades 5-14.
