Alumni Chapter to host second Alumni College, Oct. 13

COLLEGE PARK, MD (September 2007) – On Saturday, October 13 (Parents Weekend), the College of Education Alumni Chapter is proud to host for the second time this year, ‘Alumni College: Return to Learn’.

Participants will have a choice selection of sessions to attend, with topics ranging from survival skills for beginning teachers to preparing for a satisfying retirement. The National Teacher of the Year as well as the 2007-08 Maryland Teacher of the Year will also be featured. The event begins with breakfast at 8:30 a.m. and ends after a bountiful lunch and stimulating key note speaker. Seating is limited to 100 participants, so register early!
