Position Description: The SSC is a faculty position with a 50% teaching and a 50% administrative assignment. Responsible for teaching 8-10 hours per week (and carrying out related teaching responsibilities), orienting IEP students to MEI & UMD, organizing program extracurricular events and coordinating MEI Speaking Partner Program, overseeing student enrollment and maintenance of coverage of health insurance , organizing seminars and speakers on public safety, academic integrity, DHS regulations, applying to the University of Maryland, culture shock and other topics as needed.
