Welcome to the University of Maryland (UM)/Howard County Public School
System (HCPSS) Early Childhood Special Education PDS Network. The PDS
partnership is composed of the UM Department of Special Education and
Regional Early Childhood Center (RECC) programs in five HCPSS elementary
schools. The goals of the PDS are to
augment the preparation of highly trained
interns
contribute to the professional development of school
and university faculty
