CEPAL publications aim to address contemporary issues confronting education policymakers, leaders, and educators throughout primary, secondary, and higher education systems and to provide timely information in formats useful to these and other audiences. Original CEPAL publications include LEADS and CEPAL Occasional Papers.

LEADS

LEADS provides just-in-time information on contemporary education policy and leadership issues confronting K-16 public school systems. The research featured in LEADS comes from original research studies conducted by faculty at the University of Maryland, College Park. LEADS includes brief, practitioner-friendly research summaries and implications for practice. As the name suggests, LEADS aims to call readers' attention to pressing issues and to provide resources for practice and research. CEPAL currently publishes LEADS twice a year.
