Biography

Prior to joining the faculty in EDHI at the University of Maryland, Dr. Titus was an assistant professor at North Carolina State University. He was also a coordinator of policy analysis at the University System of Maryland, an institutional research analyst at George Mason University, and an adjunct economics lecturer at the University of the Virgin Islands. Dr Titus specializes in the following areas: economics and finance of higher education; state higher education policy; student access and persistence; labor market outcomes of graduate students; and quantitative research methods.
