The Project Intersect-Charter School Authorizer Survey provides an opportunity for your important input about authorizer policies and practices, including specific information about how authorizers are addressing issues related to special education in charter schools. Your feedback is very valuable and will be used to inform authorizer practices nationwide.

We will use the data you give us for research purposes only and we will protect the confidentiality of this information. We will not disclose your identity or information that identifies you to anyone outside of Project Intersect. We will only report responses in aggregate the form. All information that identifies you will be destroyed at the end of the study.
