as Dean. Devilbliss is from the Maryland State Department of Education.

The Department of Industrial Education offers three standard curricula in Industrial Arts Education, Vocational-Industrial Education, and Education for Industry. The Education for Industry program is based upon the research of Professor William F. Tierney to prepare for occupations in an increasingly technically-oriented society.
